We have gone live with Real Time Authorisation on our website This is a system that will let you know immediately if your card has authorised or declined (similar to shopping in any supermarket or high street store) If your credit debit card should decline your order will not be successfully placed

I have a QVC order that's been "in process" with "Preparing Your Order" for a very long time However, according to UPS QVC actually shipped it about a week ago It's now at a UPS facility near our house, about to be delivered I never received any e-mail notification from QVC that it had been shipped, as one usually does
