Using the California Immunization Registry is an easy and convenient way to lookup your child’s immunization records You can use the website to view or update your child’s immunization records You can also request immunization records for Imperial County

Information in the DVR includes name, date of birth, vaccination dates, vaccines received, and future vaccine recommendations (Please note that some doses may not show on the DVR, as some providers don’t yet participate in CAIR or there could be a lag in reporting )

To enroll in CAIR, you must be a healthcare provider, school, childcare facility, WIC facility, or Foster Care agency To determine which would be the appropriate CAIR registry to join, consult the CAIR regions map If your county is in the CAIR San Joaquin region, consult your Local CAIR2 Representative (LCR) for enrollment instructions
