When printing from any application, I click the properties button and it pulls up the HP print properties When I change the properties and click okay, it pops up another printer properties dialogue When I change the properties and click okay, it sends me back to the first printer properties dialog

After deleting the drivers and software three time I noticed that the printer properties panel in 'printers and scanner' shows only letter paper available, unlike my Epson, which is on the same PC, that has multiple papers available
