No You get what they get I have never gotten a box of uncirculated quarters I did get a box of uncirculated pennies once, but that is the only time Theboxes are sealed so they have no idea what is in them It's the luck of the draw

It's best to work with your local bank manager and find a mutually agreeable arrangement I've worked out an arrangement with my bank where I purchase a box of halves and two boxes of dimes per week They've generously agreed to take back my coin and order new boxes for me each week with provision that I don't order too much
