I was able to retrieve my money, yes A few days later, I got another email explaining that my account is now permanently deactivated because they found that my actions and activity violated their User Agreement They go on to explain that they cannot divulge their decision-making criteria and there is no further explanation of which portion of the User Agreement I somehow violated

This is ridiculous I need to send money from Paypal to a Venmo user and so I must join Venmo and install the app and link to my bank account to send money, because Paypal doesn't support direct payments but can receive them? After signing up with Venmo, I go to download the App which requires the new iphone with iOS release 10 or higher
