Well I don't own a new Camry, but have had multiple Toyota hybrid cars and a Rav4 hybrid currently and live in upstate NY where they cover the roads with salt My wife and I always wash the vehicles though out the winter at drive though car washes that do the under carriage wash and never had a problem I couldn't imagine not washing the under side of my vehicle living here That's interesting

Toyota does not have a break in oil JP build cars get idemetisu oil, but I have no idea on non-JP cars Change it at or before 1k, and then go 5k miles 6 months with whatever oil is listed on the oil cap or manual with a toyo filter I believe Honda has a break in fill, but thats based on older engine models before the earth dream rebranding

I was wondering I put a deposit on a '22 Corolla from my local dealer and told the car is "being built" I already have the VIN Is there someplace I can check with the VIN and see the status of the build and when I might expect it? The dealer is just saying "6-8 weeks" Thanks!

I don't like the system much, I've had manual parking brake cars for decades and yes they have had problems with frozen cables but it's easily fixed and makes servicing the rear brakes much simpler The one good thing with EPB is it REALLY holds the car firmly

The Toyota formula coolant (Pentofrost, Zerex Asian, etc) will be better and match exactly what is already in your car If the OEM formula coolant was significantly more expensive, I would use the Prestone too

Since nobody on here seemed to know the answer, I did some serious amount of posting on many other forums and someone finally got a definitive answer! (Natl) = Nationwide (SE) = Southeast (GS) = Gulf States Toyota changes their cars a bit for each region Cars they sell (or are brought into) in CA have to get the special emmissions stuff The fact that some models are listed as SR5 SPORT
