Thanks for the help all I ended up taking a wheeled Coleman down with a duffle in it Filled it to the top with frozen solid fish Flew Volaris to TJ and was 5 kilos 10 pounds over weight and the extra charge was like $52 Not too bad and didn't have to leave fish
