I also use Old National Bank (it is free) for another person's file that I manage and it has worked well The set up is easy because the login for DC is the same as is used for logging into the online account

Yes, it is possible to download the past three weeks of transactions from your bank into Quicken after restoring a three-week-old data file, but there's a limit to the length of transaction history downloadable directly from financial institutions Banks typically limit direct transaction downloads into Quicken to the last 30 to 90 days

In case you have issues with transfer transactions not being generated correctly: For best results manually enter transfer transactions into your register BEFORE you download transactions from the bank which contain the transfer confirmations For recurring transfers use scheduled reminders and enter them a day or two before the due date

It might also require a unique login for DC and there might be a monthly fee from your bank but you will need to contact your bank to confirm this (Many banks do not charge a monthly fee for this service including PNC Bank, Wells Fargo and Old National Bank )
