Here in New Zealand, we’ve had Lego since the 70’s, but only got our first dedicated store in the last three years! It’s in a high-end mall, so there’s probably a lot less asshole behaviour than other locations

TL;DR - The nearest LEGO Store is a bit far from where I live, and I don't see many reasons to buy there as the price is always higher than online retail stores, which arguably are even more comfortable to buy First, I'm a 19-year-old boy who, thanks to this sub and the recent AFOL and Adults Welcome movement, got back into buying LEGO
- The LEGO Minifigure Factory is now available online
Not all Lego stores have a Minifigure factory which is honestly really unfortunate because not everyone lives in Florida or California where most of these machines are There's one in new York City too but most are in California or Florida which is just why? Imho the Minifigure factory should be in every lego store Not cherry picked ones

Former Lego Store employee here Managers and assistant managers are given some freedom to make exceptions to the return policy Generally, opened sets aren’t eligible (from what I can remember; it’s been a couple years since I worked there), but at the manager’s discretion they can decide to take a return or exchange
