- First plane Citabria or Pacer? - SuperCub. Org
The pacer has a single door and a pain for the pilot, the pacer takes some extra skill on the ground, the pacer is butt ugly  On the other hand the spring gear on the citabria is not as nice as bungee gear Citabria is not a SC but is faster and more comfortable and a good choice for a first plane on your way to a SC
- Pacer wings for a super cub. | SuperCub. Org
Pacer and tripacer airfoil is the same airfoil as a cub If they attach correctly (I don't know if they will) they would be like a clipped wing cub Pacers and tripacers have a lower angel of incedence than cubs but I dont think that affects what you are talking about I would check to see if they damaged the wings putting on those wing tips
- Things to do while recovering a Tri-Pacer. - supercub. org
I’m assisting as unskilled labor on the recover of a Tri-Pacer I’m more familiar with other makes models and figured I’d ask those more knowledgeable, what are some must do items while everything is opened up? Basic mods, preventative maintenance etc
- Super Pacer - SuperCub. Org
Also, a nice thing about the pacer is the way the floor is clear of sticks, torque tube, etc Yes, full Cub length fuselage Super-long gear Shorten the instrument panel on top to get better over-the-nose (bette r, I didn't say good) What did Steve say? You know, I've seen these things impress when light Every goodie adds weight, so be careful
- Piper Pacer Tri Pacer Question - SuperCub. Org
I'm just curious, there seems to be a lot of market support for the restoration of all Cubs in general and the building of experimental counterparts, but what do Tri Pacer Pacer owners do if they need a new fuselage? Are there new production fuselages or blueprints available (complete sets of
- Alaska Caribou hunt in a Pacer - supercub. org
When I hunted with the Pacer we worked off the Ribdon river (big old 1200 ft strip) and had a truck on the haul road for fuel and to haul meat home Like I said it can be done but a lot of pieces to the puzzle my success rate of getting meat has ben 50 50 in that area Improves over the years as you would expect with more experience DENNY
- tri-pacer conversion plan - SuperCub. Org
Which kit manufacturer will have the closest plan for a tri-pacer conversion I am specifically referring to lengthining the fuse, converting to conventional landing gear, adding two ribs to the wings, installing doors on both sides, and reshaping tailfeathers while using as much as possible of
- Piper Tri Pacer - SuperCub. Org
The pacer tripacer is one of the most under rated planes on the market! The control harmony is very nice in the pacer! If he had you at 80 on final it was way over kill even loaded, and I mean loaded down I never flew more than 60 on approach with touch down around 45 With VG's it was rock solid at 45 and touch down (with power) was around
- My stretch Pacer build - supercub. org
I have gotten a few questions in other threads about my build so I will post what I have here to keep the clutter out of the other threads I started this build many years ago and was side tracked by life Now the kids are grown and I have a little more time and cash I need to get rid of, so its
