It looked legit, and the name said "Wells Fargo Online" then the email address was "wellsfargoonline@mail1 wellsfargo com" The last part being wellsfargo com is a good sign right? But anyway, I called wellsfargo scam dept and they said they don't see that i was sent any email recently So he deactivated all internet transfers etc from my account

Every souce claims that you can do it by sign on to Wells Fargo Online and access "Dispute a Transaction" through "Account Services" in the "More" menu, I did the later one yet never see the "Dispute a Transaction" button either on website or app
