On the construction enquirer site (linked), it suggests that this is a 35 story tower upon a 12 story podium, making it 47 storeys in total It's not a 12 floor supporting a 35 floor The tallest of the two is 35, which contains a 12-floor podium which means that the tower above the podium is only 23 floors
