Hey OTF community, curious to hear what everyone eats post-workout! I personally go with two kids’ meals from Chipotle It cuts down on some carbs and fat while still giving me the same amount of protein I get 2 kids’ chicken tacos and 1 kids’ chicken quesadilla

I’m back at OTF after having to take over a year off from spinal injuries from a car accident I’ve been going about 2-3x a week since the end of July, and I’m very strong on the floor as well as pretty good with rowing (500m split generally around 1:40-1:45, recent 2000m was 7:23)
