In this instance, the shipment left the warehouse back in March Of course, due to the age of the shipment, it can't be tracked online If one of our reps calls UPS, is the customer service line able to track shipments that old and tell us who signed for it? UPS Tracking Number meaning I ordered some items from two totally different suppliers, and I noticed that the entire tracking number was exactly the same, except for the last 3 digits Does that mean they were shipped using the same account number, and potentially shipped from the same organization? Every time they ship out with UPS I receive my tracking number, and every time I check it I get this message: "We are unable to complete your tracking request at this time Please try again later " In these cases, the delivery is happening, the order always arrives, and the tracking number never updates or ends up working

This is ridiculous, especially with UPS regularly missing their scheduled delivery dates in the past year Full tracking information at least gives you a hint that a package isn't going to make it on time With this new no-information version of "tracking", there's no way to plan for a missed delivery date UPS is a complete joke these days
