Edit: Just saw the memo builder website, learn something new every day ——— I’m not sure what you mean by memo builder except for maybe those boxes that pop up when you download the template from Army pubs Those boxes are the instructions of what to type for the address in the header, but other than that, I don’t imagine anything you’re talking about is going to “build” a memo
