I just bought Far Cry 6 cause I was a big fan of Far Cry 5, and I put over 250 hours into it Just wondering, which do you guys think is better?

I played far cry 6 5 times, the full game, and sometimes i just enjoy driving around and listening to the radio For me the 'american vibe' in 5 is awesome, but nothing beats the sunset driving in 6 imo

Far Cry 5 is more realistic where Far Cry 6 is more MOVIE magic type where the protagonist and others can be shot 27 times,fall off a 400 cliff and still get up and run while shooting a 45lb weapon backwards with perfect aim

Far cry 6 is actually a good game, honestly i feel it's overhated I thoroughly enjoyed it It actually has a better world map than 5 IMO Story is decent (except the ending), it's replayable enough with the feature to reset captured bases, and unlike far cry 5 - it doesn't have a shockingly fucked up progression system

So, right now me and my friend are replaying Far Cry 6 And while there is a lot of downsides I don't really think it's a bad game I played a lot of Far Cry 5 before replaying 6 and had a conversation with a friend on which game is better I said 6 and he said 5 But now after each of us getting more into 6 we've basically completely switched opinions

When you remember the height of video game tech being an 8 bit ethnic stereotype stomping on pixelated mushrooms and turtles, even the most half assed far cry game is fucking amazing I loved both far cry 5 and 6 (and even New Dawn) but I think both have some hits and misses

I like 5 more than 6 because I thought the things the cult was talking about and how they “teach” their ideals to their victims was pretty interesting 6 had a cool villain and other stuff but I genuinely didn’t feel as interested in the story as I was with every other far cry game (except primal, I didn’t care about primal at all tbh)
