Xbox live support tells me to post here and Enforcement team will see it, even though I already know they don't monitor forums I can't submit a case review because my suspension has been "lifted" I clearly stated that in English Factory reset does not work either, a complete waste of time, now I have to reinstall all my games, GREAT!
