Depends on your situation on how to do it, but if you're already at your duty station, going on RAP, then returning to your duty station, just put it as type 'T' in leaveweb and turn the RAP memo into Finance when you have it They'll either just leave it be since type T isn't chargeable, or they'll go in and change it to type Y

A lot of times people leave old certs that are expired and the website tries using the expired cert instead of the new one Delete old certs using internet explorer and try again

The Available ETS field reads 91 5, my understanding is "Available ETS" shows how many days of leave you will accrue by your ETS (if you don't use any more leave it's effectively current leave + future leave accrued by your ETS)
