Where is customer service? I ordered a laptop on December 4th, received an email on December 7th which said it was shipped Today is the 13th and FedEx still has not taken custody of the package Customer service phone number tells you to fill out a ticket online but no one answers those
- Where can I find an MSI service location in the USA?
Phone the number listed during their hours and ask if they have someone in Washington area, either an agent, or if you need to send it to them I think the website only lists the main location, but when you contact them and explain the problem, they will give you options

The phone number is unavailable It says so on the website and in the emails I received updating the order I called it three times anyway The recorded message says to use the website I used the other contact options on the website They didn't work, except to get replies from tech support and warranty, who each said to contact customer

I am reiterating that I spoke by phone to three techs at MSI about the Realtek audio issues on the Pro B660m-A DDR4 and then afterward, the USA customer service manager He assured me he is the highest ranking exec for the USA team, shared both phone AND his direct email and said I can check back with him early September

Well after a lot more clicking through the main website I somehow found this: United States TEL : 1-888-447-6564 Working Hours: Mon to Fri 24 hours (Weekend and Public Holiday closed) Note: Online Customer Service Product Line: Laptops,Desktop,Monitor Ok after checking the other options this is the only option

Thanks Svet and XFM @Svet: I sent an email to customer service, although I don't know what they can do to help, seeing as MSI doesn't sell batteries I should probably call though @XFM: The battery number is BTY-M6D From googling this I've seen prices from $70 - $200 Also, all the sites I see seem to look scammy unsafe

I could go on in excruciating detail about the incredibly unproductive experiences I had with MSI's online support tickets (they can't even read and process what a customer writes, ever) and customer service line, but the short version is: My notebook's adapter was defective and started to die
