Heated seats and steering wheel are manually activated, unless you're talking about remote start I'm not sure if they are activated automatically at a certain temperature with remote start, as I haven't used it enough

To understand why, you first need to understand how this system works The heart of the system lies on the passenger side of the front axle, just behind the wheel There is a small molded box on axle tube that houses the disconnect shift fork which is connected directly to the shift motor

Regarding the horn, the fact that it works when jumped from the relay port but not when triggered by the steering wheel suggests a possible issue with the relay or the wiring leading to it

If I short the steering wheel retaining bolt to the body of the jeep, making a solid ground the horn works If I remove this temporary wire the horn does not work So I know the following items are good: Relay is good and working correctly - checked with multi-meter Both fuses in the power center by the battery are good - checked with multi-meter

I have an '07 Liberty, and when I press the steering wheel to sound the horn, nothing happens Oddly enough, when I arm my factory alarm system or press the panic button on the keyfob the horn does sound Is there a fuse for the horn?
