Hello, we receive scans from some dentists on 3 shape communicate When we accept them and try to create a model, sometimes the stl disappear and we cannot do the case anymore Does someone has this issue? Do you guys know how to re-download the case? We checked on 3shape communicate portal but

I guess you work with stl files in Mesh mixer, correct? 3shape is able to generate stl files, which then can be forwarded to you So, the University would send you stl files If you want to get involved deeper, you can get the '3shape communicate portal' But that comes with a hefty price tag, compared to iTero and Cerec, for example

It wont even let me log into the 3Shape Communicate website Escalated the issue to 3shape through CAP Support Its extremely frustrating because out of every 10 cases received via 3SC, about 3 would have to be copied resent As horrible as Sirona Inlab is, their CERECConnect portal works seamlessly we had the same problem yesterday too

Hello all, 3Shape Communicate can definitely be a bit finicky The server is located in Denmark, which causes a lot of problems If a case comes through that isn't "up-to-date," invalid, etc , I typically will delete it and do an advanced download using the case ID This will usually fix the issue
