On top of what CleansingKiller posted, if you're using Windows 10 and the specs of your GPU when researched online states that it should support feature 12_2 yet your dxdiag only shows Feature Levels 12_0 12_1, then you need to download and install the DirectX 12 Agility SDK Windows 11 supports 12_2 natively
