The CenturyLink Email account in question does not have 2FA or App Specific Passwords (yet) Outlook (new) is able to populate the email address and download 10 emails from the inbox and just stops Restarted the computer and on the next day 10 newer messages appeared but the previous 10 messaged from the previous day were gone
