So I went to Texas gun trader, and the site is very poorly done They'd ask you for a $5 subscription fee or something like that so you go to pay it, but your card won't get charged Then you try to post an ad and you go to upload images, hit next, then that goes back to the start where you describe the weapon, and then it repeats itself over

I just launched The Gun Show Classifieds as part of the website for Texas Gun Shows (my uncle is the show promoter) The concept is simple operates like a regular classifieds and it's a pay per listing system ($5 for basic 2 week listing or $8 for featured listing)

Scammers on Texas Gun trader are using stolen photos of other people's IDs to convince people their bullshit deals are legit They're even making email accounts using the first and last name on the ID to further the ruse

There is a classified section here, but you will not see anywhere close to the volume of postings here that you would see on Texas Gun Trader On the flip side, what you will hardly ever see here, is some scumbag scammer trying to rip people off Those people get weeded out and banned pretty quickly due to the excellent work of our mods here

Texas Gun Trader is fine as long as you heed the advice of IXL88, you should be fine I've bought and sold many times there in the past, however, with most face to face deals, I like to always TALK to the person on the phone first (old school I guess) If someone is only willing to text or email, that raises a red flag for me, though others may feel differently
