the website constantly logs me out and when i try to log back in, it says "cant connect to the server" followed by a code, something like " 18 df4f4317 1700028389 2c52012" which changes every time i talked to PS support and they said that they have been having issues for the last few days but it should be fixed in the next 1-2 days here we are 2 weeks later and still have this issue

Nowhere on the gift card says that it is only for digital purchases Sales people at big box stores or GameStop can give wrong information I put this out there because it isn’t obvious and people may buy someone a gift card thinking they could use it for anything on the PlayStation store

The product code of a digital game download is not visible on consoles However if you visit your country's PlayStation Store on a web browser and load the game's store page, the product code is visible in the URL (look for PPSA or CUSA) The country your PSN account is registered to determines which region games you can purchase and download

For the Vbucks,once the money has been added to the family manager account, your child should be able to easily redeem them from within the Playstation store I believe that option used in Fortnite "should" redirect to the PS Store but if it doesnt, they can simply minimize or close out the game and then purchase the Vbucks from the PS store
