Spoke with ABB support and after changing the DNS on the router didn't fix the problem, they changed my ip address and the Officeworks website now works So it appears that the problem was indeed linked to the old IP address and it may have been blocked by Officeworks Thanks again to all who replied

I rang Officeworks and asked where I stand with a 10 month old faulty product and they told me to come in and they would exchange it if they had one the same on the shelf or refund me if they didn't At the store they exchanged the mouse and then refunded me the $21 that it has dropped in price since I purchased it You really can't beat that imo

The thing with Officeworks, there is no indication of stock levels when you pre order? So apart from the models showing as "Unavailable", it seems like every other colour model will be available instore?
