My first rental with REI Nation turned into an absolute money pit The tenant consistently paid late after pandemic, eventually declared bankruptcy, and leveraged the legal system to drag out the eviction process for nearly a year Naturally, I assumed REI's "white-glove" service included a strong legal team to handle these situations efficiently

Propstream is now called "Repropfinder", I would not really call it a CRM, It fits in that All-In-One REI tool category It has nationwide MLS access, It provides leads, lets you send out mail automatically, skip trace, extra complicated but rock solid BLUEHAMMER (localized) rehab calculator, Solid Comps in most markets, Good ARV estimator tool

Call me cynical, but I am leery of all of the replies from users with one or 2 total post Did they join BP and immediately search for REI Reply? I guess it is possible, but … There were a couple positive feedbacks from some BP users with more than a few posts, but most of the positive feedback came from users with very few posts

I am happy to provide more detail if helpful (feel free to DM me), but overall, I have had a great experience with REI Nation I just purchased and closed on my 5th property with them I work with Ashley Claunch who is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive Their closing team is top notch and makes the entire closing process super smooth

Never used REI Hub, but have been using QBO for several years now I manage 5 doors and 4 LLCs under one umbrella company QBO offers tagging which I use to separate each income stream I tie all my business accounts so all transactions are captured
