the pay is pretty terrible most stores pay less than $1 over minimum wage to the lowest associates, usually around $2 more for supervisors, and then the managers are typical retail store manager salaries that said, LEGO does give pretty generous year end bonuses to all employees (around 10% of what you made that year for retail employees)

Not all Lego stores have a Minifigure factory which is honestly really unfortunate because not everyone lives in Florida or California where most of these machines are There's one in new York City too but most are in California or Florida which is just why? Oh man, I was at a LEGO store last month and there was a kid doing just this the mother was counting all the coins to make sure the kid had enough I was wandering around the store looking at the inventory as usual before making my purchase and heading home and they were counting coins the entire time I was there, probably at least 20 minutes!
