IMR 4064 has been my go-to powder for 150 grain pills in 30-06 IMR 4064 consistently gives me the best accuracy velocity at 2925 fps with 150 grain pills IMR 4064 is no-where to be found for me but Accurate 4064 is available at many online retailers

Velocities of two, five shot groups with 40 B tips and 34 5 grs of IMR 4064 (the best load I've found so far) were about 50 fps short of 34 5 gr IMR 4166 loads (4045 fps and 4058 fps) above but groups were a bit better at 0 45 and 0 35" Hodgdon CFE 223 velocities have been right there with the IMR 4064 loads with similar group sizes

IMR 4320, a good powder for 308s, 303s and several other mid sized cartridges, managed to hang on with a couple of loads 4320 and some other old timers, were eclipsed by Varget, IMR4451, Re 15 and Re 17 While Varget and Re 15 aren't brand new, they are much younger than IMR 4320, 3031, 4350, etc
