With you being able to send fine via Earthlink's webmail this sounds like an issue within Outlook itself At this time I would contact Earthlink to see if they can assist you with verifying the server info as well as troubleshoot this further In the meantime I can suggest using Earthlink's Webmail page to send receive your mail
