Can't make any document available offline I had a separate school account last year that was linked to the school server I have since left to go to university and have been locked out of this account so I can't edit any of the settings

I use Drive for Desktop on MacOS and it's driving me crazy that marking a file as "Available Offline" does not actually download it First of all, when I click "Make available offline" from the quick actions menu when I right click a folder or a file, it often doesn't do anything But sometimes, a green checkmark appears and it's now set to offline access
