Since enabling the SMB 1 allows the scan, I would check the security settings for the user! Using the advance sharing is the way to go but have found in a number of instances with Win 10 that it does not provide the proper security access to the folder that is being scanned to Manually adding the user to the security setting with full control has resolved our issues

Re: MPC2003 SC272 Hi Have had 2 of these so far It turns out that the laser unit loom connecting the ld units to the machine are bum We removed them, flexed them a bit and re-installed them, and all was well afterward Pity that one cannot order the loom only as there is no part number they were also new (out of the box!)
